1. Who we are

Makise is a publishing brand of Daisuke LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these Terms, “Makise”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

2. Products

We publish digital products, including guides, templates, workbooks and other digital materials. All products are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

3. Orders and payment

Prices, currencies and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, we deliver the product by email or through a secure download link. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading or saving the product. If you do not receive access, contact support@makise.press and we will help.

5. Licence and use

Unless stated otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the product or its contents without our written permission.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

The products and the content of this website, including text, design, graphics and materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the products or this website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with their operation, or to attempt to access them in unauthorised ways.

9. Disclaimer

Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the products are provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those protections.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Language

These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
